House Captains at RAF Odiham

Our House Captains have just completed the second stage of their Leadership Training at RAF Odiham!

This immersive experience is a significant milestone in their leadership journey. Throughout the day, our student leaders engaged in challenges designed to sharpen their decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.

Beyond the technical skills, the training has instilled a deeper sense of responsibility and camaraderie among the group. These young leaders are now even better equipped to inspire their respective Houses and contribute positively to the "Robert May's Way."
