At Robert May’s School, we aim to make information clear and accessible for all Parents, Carers, and members of our community. Please use the following guidance to help you navigate our communication channels effectively.
General Enquiries & Website Resources

School Website: The primary source for school information, policies, and updates. Please use the navigation tabs or the search bar at the top of the page to find specific information.

Letters Home Page: Access whole-school and year-group letters under the Parents tab on our website.

Email Enquiries: If you cannot find what you are looking for on the website, email info@rmays.com. Please include your child’s full name and tutor group in all correspondence.

Urgent Enquiries: Call Reception on 01256 702700 during school hours.
School Updates & Social Media

Weekly Parent Bulletin: Emailed directly to Parents/Carers every Friday during term time. It features a weekly round-up, upcoming key dates, and relevant community news. Past bulletins can be found under the News tab on the website.

Social Media: Follow our official Facebook and Instagram pages for highlights of what has and will be happening in school.
Academic & Pastoral Support

Pastoral & Tutor Enquiries: Email info@rmays.com and mark the subject line for the attention of your child's tutor, ensuring you include your child's full name.

Parent Information Evenings: Year-group information events are held throughout the academic year. Details and invitations are sent to Parents/Carers prior to each event.

Subject Consultations: Consultation evenings offer 5-minute appointments with subject teachers. Further information on these are available under Curriculum > Parent/Carer Consultations, Reporting and Assessment.
