Raising Concerns & Formal Complaints
At Robert May’s School, we are committed to working in partnership with Parents/Carers to address any questions or concerns quickly and effectively. To ensure your query is resolved as efficiently as possible, please direct it to the appropriate team using the guidelines below.
Academic Concerns

Parent Consultations: Discuss subject-specific progress directly with teachers during 5-minute appointments during scheduled consultation evenings. More information on these and the dates for this year can be found on this page.

Email Contact: Email info@rmays.com and mark the message for the attention of your child's subject teacher. Please include your child's full name and tutor group.
Pastoral & Welfare Concerns

Tutor Meetings: Connect with your child's form tutor during the Autumn Term face-to-face tutor meetings.

Requesting a Meeting: To request a meeting with a tutor or pastoral team member at any other time during the school year, email info@rmays.com with a brief summary of what you wish to discuss, along with your child's full name and tutor group.
Formal Complaints
If an informal concern cannot be resolved, formal complaints should be submitted in accordance with our official Complaints Policy. Please review the policy document for detailed guidance on procedures, stages, and timescales.

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSL) can be contacted directly:

If the school is closed or a child is in immediate danger, please use the appropriate emergency contact service below:
