House Performing Arts Competition
On Thursday night we held our 2nd House Performing Arts competition.
We had over 30 acts originally apply to take part which was amazing. The final 14 acts (with at least 2 from each House) took to the stage to compete for House points as well as money towards their chosen charities. We had a variety of acts covering dance, drama, music, acrobatics, comedy and magic! It was amazing to see students perform with such confidence and it was clear that they embodied our school character values in abundance.
Once all the votes were counted we had our top 3:
- 3rd place - Melinda, Izzy and Mia (Musical Theatre) ROSE House
- 2nd place - Lilliana, Edie, Emily and Bree (Drama) JUBILEE House
- 1st place - Katie, Kaia, Holly, Grace and Lexie (Drama) ROSE House
Congratulations to all that took part and I am already looking forward to next year. As always, these events do not just happen so I would like to thank the AV team for their work behind the scenes which included Alex, Emily, Jessica, Olivia, Elliott and Ethan.
