The Crucible at the Globe Theatre

On 23rd May, 50 GCSE Drama students went to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London to watch Arthur Miller's The Crucible.
The play tells the story of the Salem witch trials, and was imaginatively staged in the unique performance space. This was a fantastic opportunity for students to see our GCSE set text live, as well as experience a historical aspect of our culture in how a traditional Shakespearian audience would have attended the theatre.
