Last week saw the annual RMS production take to the stage; Chicago!

The cast and crew worked so hard rehearsing and when it came to performing in front of a live audience for Show Week, they definitely did themselves proud!

The cast were spurred on at the beginning of the week by some lovely messages of good luck sent via video from Broadway and West End stars France Ruffelle and Norman Bowman! The production then went live for 5 consecutive evenings, and every night was a resounding success, we are immensely proud of the talent on display by our students.

You can also find student reviews in the latest issue of Student News!

Our thanks go to everyone involved… the cast, backstage crew, band members, and all the other student helpers and staff volunteers who helped to make it all happen. Thanks also to Mr Jones for all his expertise and support with the sound.

We look forward to bringing you another R-Mayzing production next year... In the meantime, Merry Christmas everyone!

“Bravo to Robert May's School and all the cast of Chicago. Just back from the closing night and the amount of talent on show was out of this world... Everybody should be incredibly proud of putting on such an incredible performance - the hard work certainly paid off”
“It’s been a wonderful show and so many great things to say about the school and the whole team of people who were part of the show too! Immensely proud”
“The show was absolutely phenomenal! Particularly on Thursday when the lead part was replaced at an hour's notice due to sickness! I loved how supportive the cast were of each other on Thursday, the sign of a happy school! Huge congratulations to all the staff and children involved, so much time and hard work goes into these shows and it truly paid off, it was fabulous!”
