The Uniform Service is run by volunteers and managed by Robert May’s School Parent, Teacher & Friends Association (PTFA). The PTFA is the only supplier for Robert May’s School logo school uniform.

The PTFA aims to make the process of purchasing school uniform as straightforward as possible, so we supply all items of school uniform, apart from skirts, trousers and footwear. We use online ordering and payment and, once processed, your order is available for collection from the Uniform Service at school.

Online ordering for the September Year 7 intake is normally available following our uniform shows in June. The purpose of the uniform shows is to allow uniform to be tried on for size before placing your order.  Unfortunately due to current Covid restrictions we will not be running the uniform shows this year. We have therefore provided detailed measurements of all our uniform to help you select the correct sizes for your child, which can be found on our website. Online ordering for the 2021 Year 7 intake will open on Monday 24th May 2021.

After you have placed your order online at www.rmspta.co.uk it will be available for you to collect at the planned New Parent’s Evening on Thursday 8th July*. Please ensure you order by Sunday 20th June to guarantee your order will be ready for collection by this time.

*Details of this are to follow but will depend on the local government guidelines in place at the time.

Uniform can only be purchased online, however we do have a returns and exchange policy. We will be running a number of Exchange Evenings between 5 – 7pm on Wednesday 14th July, Thursday 15th July, Monday 19th July and Tuesday 20th July, details of which will be included with your order and available on our website.

The PTFA works extremely hard to raise funds for the school. Our main fundraising activity is the school uniform service. This takes a large amount of parent volunteer time and we always welcome new volunteers to join our team of helpers. The funds raised as a result have enabled the school to fund many significant projects across all departments and clubs, such as science lab refurbishment, software packages, extra PCs, data projectors, all weather pitch equipment and Food Technology items. Every order you place with us helps bring money to the school for such projects.
